    Sydney Harbour based World class vessel $112K salary package on offer We wish to hear from Senior Sous Chefs, who are based in Australia, to join a 54m commercial motor yacht - no sponsorship on offer. This vessel is Australian flagged and based in Sydney for the summer; cruising Queensland and the Pacific for the winter. Next summer will be spent in Sydney before heading to the America’s Cup in New Zealand. The galley is great; all new stainless benches, new extraction hood, island, counters and sinks. Major refit including commercial oven (MKN) and 8x5kw commercial inductions. The second oven is a Miele. This role has a ‘2month on; 1month off’ rotation scheme. The successful candidate will step in and become the Head Chef whilst the current Head Chef is off the boat on his rotation break.
