Located in Sydney’s North Shore, we are now recruiting for a strong Chef de Partie or junior Sous Chef who has the passion and ability to help us drive this restaurant to a new level.
Reporting to the Head Chef you will work within a close knit team in daily operations of the award winning restaurant. Ideally you will be looking to invest in the long term and assist us to build a world class venue. Success in the position over time will lead to a more senior role.
The successful candidate will be required to;
Work hard and learn from a highly experienced Head Chef;
Thrive in an environment of teamwork idea sharing;
Have mastery of at least one section of the kitchen;
Have an input around the menu;
Grow with the position and climb the ranks of the kitchen.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate;
Great personal presentation and hygiene;
Enthusiasm for the industry;
An ability to work well under pressure;
Excellent communication skills;
A positive 'can do' attitude;
A willingness to improve their cooking on a daily basis.
Consideration will be made for visa sponsorship only on the condition that the candidate is currently is Australia and available for interview in Sydney within the next two weeks.
