Multi-outlet operation with restaurant and bar that regularly host functions, weddings and conferences. Good size kitchen, the venue has been in operation for about 15 years; with a kitchen brigade of 12.

The Right Person

Our client is looking for a ‘hands on’ Executive Chef. A natural leader, passionate about the industry. A team player who wants to take ownership and work collaboratively with the various other department heads. Ideally you are in charge of a similar (4-5 star) establishment but looking for a tree-change. Your sound experience running a commercial kitchen, who works at a fast past, is reliable and enjoys motivating and teaching the kitchen team is what we are looking for. Someone with high standards in food, smart menu creation and hygiene is a must.

Accommodation is plentiful and nearby. Buses to local public and secondary schools are also available. This is an outstanding opportunity to move as a single or as a family and make a name for yourself across the esteemed Hunter Valley of NSW.
