We are looking for an outstanding Functions, Sales & Marketing Manager who can help further develop this restaurant’s reputation towards excellent communication and dedication towards an excellent guest experience on every occasion. Someone who is dedicated to ensuring that all sales enquiries are actioned in a timely and efficient manner whilst upholding the highest of standards in communication and service.

You will be accountable and responsible for the overall coordination and direction of the sales & marketing department. You will need to have the ability to co-ordinate a range of functions, events, birthdays and weddings but also support the growth of the business through inbound and outbound calls.

Successful candidates must have or be:

  •  Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high volume upmarket restaurant environment
  • Demonstrated passion and flare for the industry with strong ambition for a career in hospitality
  • Energetic, outgoing and service orientated personality
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for food and wine
  • Ability to network effectively, open leads & close sales
  • Well-presented, polished and well spoken.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Organised and tech savvy
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Hospitality background and experience with ResDiary a plus
  • The ability to work a rotating roster with weekend availability
