We are searching for an experienced Head Chef where you're cooking skills will be directly reflected in this restaurant's (already) outstanding menu.  

This is a hatted seafood restaurant, where the menu is the focus within this venue – supporting the freshest of ingredients, working with suppliers and sustaining the best produce wherever possible. 

This role carries responsibility for the efficient and effective running of the kitchen in collaboration with the efforts of a strong team around you. You will be heading a team that has a healthy respect for each other and a passion for creating outstanding food – you will be responsible for not losing the hat!

The ideal candidate will be a confident Head Chef with strong a la carte experience. You will be working or have worked within a hatted restaurant elsewhere; and be comfortable managing high quality, fast output - this venue does up to 120 covers easily at lunch and up to 200 at dinner. Weekends and holidays are simply flat out.
