We wish to only hear from those of you who have current or recent experience working within a hatted or fine dining (busy) restaurant – at Head Chef level. The food style within this highly regarded venue is known for being clean, fresh and contemporary cuisine.
This ‘wow factor’ Restaurant can and often does, act as a function centre as well. Up to 180 covers are a common number achieved at lunch &/or dinner. Despite the volume; there is never a compromise on the quality of food output or service.
THIS IS A HANDS-ON ROLE; REQUIREMENTS WILL BE:
- Solid Head Chef experience – Michelin Star or 5 Star experience
- Lead by example, and ensure you play your part in helping run a very successful and profitable venue.
- Excellent business acumen in creating and costing all menus – restaurant or functions
- Recruit and manage senior kitchen staff
- Communication and leadership skills
- True passion for the kitchen, this team take food seriously
