What we are looking for is a true leader who can take this ship to the next level. An experience Head Chef from a hatted or fine dining restaurant. Head Chef roles don’t present themselves every day like this! An exquisite and stunning restaurant on the water that is showing no sign of slowing down.
It is essential for this role that you are an experienced Head or Senior Sous Chef itching to take this next step in your career. In order to maintain the restaurant to its high standards, it's absolutely crucial that you have a solid understanding of what it takes to keep a step above the rest!
Who we need:
To be considered for this exciting team you will need to have:
- Solid Head Chef Experience – Michelin Star or simular.
- Very hands on. Lead by example, and ensure you play your part in helping run a very successful and profitable venue.
- Excellent business acumen.
- Experienced in a fast paced environment and a high end style of cooking.
- True passion for the kitchen, this team take food seriously
