Reporting to the Executive Chef, this is an outstanding opportunity for a Head Chef to join one of Sydney’s most impressive and fast paced Italian restaurant chains. If successful is securing this job, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations, menu design and setting the highest possible benchmark in quality and presentation. It’s expected that you will be highly proficient in preparing modern as well as traditional Italian cuisine; and be able to see the menu evolve - as and when need be.
This is a very hands-on role. You will be doing a minimum of 50 hours a week on what will be a rotating roster; so you will be working on some evenings, weekends and even the occasional public holiday.
