 We’re looking for a superstar Junior Sous Chef to step into this impressive team.

This hotel is now a classically renovated pub encompassing four distinct levels and styles, it is the place to go and be seen. This venue has multi-outlet options for guests; it has a high demand, spectacular open kitchen with roof top bar.

 As Junior Sous Chef, you will assist the Sous chef in the daily operation, plus take control of a section; ensuring only the highest quality product goes on each plate. This is your chance to learn from one of the industry’s’ best Head Chefs, and work alongside a talented team. The opportunity to step up to a Sous chef position in the future is assured, if you prove yourself – over time.

 The selected candidate will be well remunerated with a salary package of up to $75K - based on experience.

 We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Minimum 2 years working in upmarket or hatted venues
  • Experience across all areas of the kitchen
  • Level headed and positive attitude
  • Availability to work a flexible full-time roster
