We’re looking for a superstar Junior Sous Chef to step into this impressive team.
This hotel has recently had a major renovation, it is now the place to go and be seen on the Northern Beaches. This venue has multi-outlet options for guests; it’s a high demand, spectacular open kitchen with a wood fired oven.
As Junior Sous Chef, you will assist the Sous chef in the daily operation, plus take control of a section; ensuring only the highest quality product goes on each plate. This is your chance to learn from one of the industry’s’ best Head Chefs, and work alongside a talented team. The opportunity to step up to a Sous chef position in the future is assured, if you prove yourself – over time.
The selected candidate will be well remunerated with a salary of up to $75 - $80K package + bonus based on experience. Other incentives; such as parking permit, and a $50 a week fuel card are on offer to those that are travel more than 20km from home.
We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- Minimum 2 years working in upmarket or hatted venues
- Experience across all areas of the kitchen
- Level headed and positive attitude
- Availability to work a flexible full time roster
