We’re looking for a superstar Sous Chef to step into this new kitchen team. The menu is the paddock to plate concept, with the freshest of seasonal produce.
This destination venue is in Sydney's eastern suburbs, highly regarded for always offering a quality dining experience. Open Wednesday – Sunday for breakfast & lunch only, so evenings are yours to enjoy doing whatever you want to do!
As Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in the daily operation, plus take control of a section; ensuring only the highest standard of food leaves the kitchen. This is your chance to learn from one of the industry’s’ best Head Chefs, and work within a talented team. The opportunity to step up to a Senior Sous Chef position in the future is assured, if you prove yourself – over time.
The selected candidate will be well remunerated with a salary of up to $80K based on experience.
We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
-Minimum 2 years working in an upmarket restaurant or similar venue
-Experience across all areas of the kitchen
-Level-headed and positive attitude
-Availability to work a flexible full-time roster
