We’re looking for a superstar Sous Chef to step into this impressive team.

This hotel is the destination on Sydney's North side for a quality dining experience. It’s a high volume kitchen, doing up to 800 covers and more on the weekend!

As Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in the daily operation, plus take control of a section; ensuring only the highest quality product goes on each plate. This is your chance to learn from one of the industry’s’ best Head Chefs, and work alongside a talented team. The opportunity to step up to a senior chef position in the future is assured, if you prove yourself – over time.

The selected candidate will be well remunerated with a salary of up to $75 - $80K  + Super based on experience. 

We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Minimum 2 years working in upmarket hotel or similar venues
  • Experience across all areas of the kitchen
  • Level headed and positive attitude
  • Availability to work a flexible full time roster
