We’re looking for a superstar Sous Chef to step into this impressive team.
This hotel is the destination in Sydney's eastern suburbs for a quality dining experience. It’s a high-volume kitchen, doing up to 800 covers and more on the weekend!
As Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in the daily operation, plus take control of a section; ensuring only the highest quality product goes on each plate. This is your chance to learn from one of the industry’s’ best Head Chefs, and work alongside a talented team. The opportunity to step up to a senior chef position in the future is assured, if you prove yourself – over time.
The selected candidate will be well remunerated with a salary of up to $80K + Super based on experience.
We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
Minimum 2 years working in upmarket hotel or similar venues
- Experience across all areas of the kitchen
- Level headed and positive attitude
- Availability to work a flexible full-time roster
