Located in Sydney's North Shore, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in the day to day operations ensuring quality and standards are maintained at all times.
This is a role that requires a talented chef who is passionate about quality, consistency, safety and providing leadership to those around them.
As a Sous Chef you will be responsible for;
- Kitchen operation & food production
- Food quality and portion control
- Stock rotation & quality control
- Forward planning
As a confident and articulate hospitality professional, you will instinctively understand what is required to meet and exceed the expectations of this role.
You will possess a strong sense of urgency, a keen eye for detail, solid communication skills and the ability to work closely with your kitchen team.
At least 3 years' experience in a similar role will be required to be considered for this position.
